A great chance to support Canada's Women's Olympic Hockey Team Wednesday, January 3, when they come to Okotoks to battle the "AAA" Midget Bow Mark Oilers.

Shawn Bailer with the Oilers says, it's a league game for them  and a great tune up for the ladies who are heading to South Korea and the Winter Olympics in a few weeks.

"When it's an Olympic year of course the women's team needs games to play. So they'll just schedule based around the Alberta Midget Hockey League and playing against the teams all across Alberta starting in October and ending at the end of January before they go to the Olympics."

Game time is 7 o'clock at the Pason Centennial Arena, with tickets just $5 for adults, with kids and minor hockey players getting in free.
