The PGA of Alberta crowned their winner at their championship event Tuesday, August 22, in at the Riverbend G&RA in Red Deer.

Edmonton Pro Adam Bruce shot a four-under 68 on the final day to edge day one leader in Calgary's Wes Heffernan, buy a single stroke to claim the title and the cheque for $5,400.

bruce shot back to back 68's, while heffernan shot a 66 on the opening day and a 71 Tuesday.

Two local pro's finished in the top 30 with Priddis Greens Eric Locke finishing 14th at two-under, while Sirocco's Craig Gibson finished 28th at two-over.
