A quartet of Okotoks Oilers will try to crack the Team Canada West roster for the annual Junior "A" Hockey Challenge this Winter.

Defenceman, Jacob Bernard-Docker, along with forwards Dylan Holloway, Blake Wells and Austin Wong, will try for their spot on the team starting Saturday, December 2 to the fifth in Calgary.

The Junior "A" Challenge starts Sunday, December 10, in Truro, Nova Scotia.

In the meantime, Oilers netminder Riley Morris is the AJHL's Defensive Player of the Week.

In three games for the Oilers from November 13th to the 19th, Morris posted a perfect 3-and-0 record including a shutout win.

He closed the week with a stingy 0.67 GAA and .973 save percentage.
