The Calgary Stampeders returned the Grey Cup to town Monday, November 26, with a few hundred fans waiting anxiously at McMahon Stadium to welcome their hero's.

Stamps Coach Dave Dickenson is proud of his team and happy for the fans.

"We want to do something for the City. I feel like our team is a community team. I feel like we want to represent the City, we're from here. Basically, we felt like it was our time. It was overdue, but that didn't mean it was going to get it done. And I'm proud of the guys for getting it done."

The Stamps will hold a rally on the steps of Calgary City Hall Tuesday, November 27, to celebrate their Grey Cup win over Ottawa Sunday, November 25.

It runs from Noon until 1 p.m.
