The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth kicks off Friday, July 7, and High River's Jason Glass and the other 35 chuckwagon drivers from the World Professional Chuckwagon Association and the Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Association are a big part of it.

Glass, who won the Stampede's Rangeland Derby back in 2013, says getting back to the winners circle comes down to picking the right horses.

"You've got a lot of things to think about. And you know, the number one thing is you've got to make up your mind and not second guess it, and know what your going out there with, horse wise. And just be ready each and every night, and that's what I'm focusing on."

Glass runs in the fifth heat, with Okotoks Mark Sutherland in heat number four and High River's Jordie Fike in heat number two.
