A huge weekend for the High River Flyers starting Friday, December 15, in the Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League.

They're home to Strathmore Friday night, head to Cochrane Saturday, December 16, and then are back home to face the Okotoks Bisons Sunday, December 17.

Coach Tyson Avery says they may not be "make or break" games, but it's close.

"They understand the importance of this weekend, especially with it being the first time we'll see Cochrane. It's kind of funny, every time we see Okotoks it's always at the end of a three game weekend. Which is fine, you know they're always fun games to watch and we love the rivalry we have going with them."

Friday night's game's an 8 o'clock start at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex.

The Okotoks Bisons get their weekend going Friday as they're in Cochrane to take on the Generals.
