Let me tell you about Workout for Wildlife (also known as WOW!)
It's running till the 21st, encouraging registered participants to reach their individually set fitness goals and collect pledges for the Alberta Institute for Wildlife Conservation. WOW! is our chance to connect with you the listener, ourselves and of course to Alberta’s wildlife our natural environment

It is my goal to walk or take my longboard down every path in Okotoks (or at least try too...) I need your help to not only keep me accountable BUT to also totally beat Tom Barker! 

We are head-to-head to see who can raise to most and keep to our fitness goals. If you would like to donate to my page you can find it HERE!

Here is a map of my goal... the pathway system. I will also be putting my active minutes up on here to show you I am ACTUALLY doing it!

UPDATE Aug 16th 

I have done most of Drake Landing, the main river loop (saw Mayor Bill there) and a little of Cimmaron!

It's a little more work than expected but I am having a blast! Thank you to the supporters!
