In Taylors Swift's song Lover with Shawn Mendes, she kicks off the song with the line 

"We could keep the lights up 'till January" 

I'd say most of us take them down the first or second week and with the Christmas season in the rearview mirror I propose an idea

Keep the lights up! 

This year was one of the best years for Christmas lights I think I've ever seen!

Now that the season is behind us.... in an effort to keep the fuzzy feeling around a little longer 

Let’s keep these warm symbols that have made the pandemic winter more palatable so far up for a little longer than usual.

Maybe just until February?
