This strange story unfolds and changes every day, but as of right now, Canadians are being asked to self-isolate and practice social distancing to slow down the spread of COVID-19.
Trips are cancelled, borders are closed, and most non-essential services are suspended. For individuals, couples and families, this can feel very limiting. You might be feeling anxious or scared – which is normal. But you cannot ride out this pandemic in a constant state of worry…you need to make the best of it!
There's a lot of fun stuff you can do to make the most of this age of social distancing.
So... What's your go-to isolation activity??
