Normally high voter turnout means bad news for the sitting government.
But, that was not the case for the Conservatives tonight.
In the Riding of MacLeod, 59.2% of voters filled out a ballot.
And turnout was even higher in the Crowfoot Riding with 58.5% of voters showinh up to cast their ballot.
The numbers keep trickling in...but it looks like Stephen Harper's Conservatives will be heading back to Ottawa tomorrow with a majority government.
