Katelyn Starr just recently won her second consecutive Rope Skipping Championship in the U16-18 Women's category.

It was the first time the athlete from Heritage Pointe was able to compete in person since the pandemic and she had to travel to Kamloops to do it.

Starr took up the sport eight years ago and now she's on top of her game.

She took some time to showcase some of her absolutely amazing skills on Canada Day at the DeWinton Community Centre on July 1st.

Starr will get to show her skills in the U.S. as she plans to attend Stanford University in the fall.
