Ten nights of "edge of your seat" racing begins Friday night as the Calgary Stampede celebrates 100 years of the Rangeland Derby.

Chanse Vigen leads the WPCA pack going into the Stampede.

He's coming off six straight nights of wins in Ponoka, including the dash-for-cash.

Jason Glass' consistency has him in fifth in the WPCA.

Mark Sutherland tours the track for the last time starting tonight.

He's retiring after the season.

Jordie Fike rounds out the local field.

Fike is in the first heat while Sutherland's in heat four and Glass is in heat eight.

The chucks start at 7:45 each night and the rodeo goes at 1:30 every afternoon in front of the Grandstand.
