From COVID graduations to trips to India and digging deep into her 15 years as a career photographer.

Dana Pugh 

Dana is an award-winning lifestyle photographer. She is inspired by the passion with which children embrace life and has focussed her work on bringing that energy and perspective to her work. Dana has been photographing children and families across North America since 2007. Living in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies has helped her grow a deep appreciation for the outdoors and she loves to utilize the seasons and environment to tell quirky stories with her subjects that play on the joys and trials of everyday life. Dana has embraced underwater photography as it provides an opportunity to explore what happens below the surface. Keeping up with her kids has been Dana's greatest joy and greatest challenge. Together, they have travelled the world experiencing different cultures and landscapes. Some of their favourites include India, Thailand, Croatia, Italy, Iceland and Belize. Dana has also chosen to share her passion for photography by providing female photographers with education and support in turning their passion into a sustainable business. She has found great joy in being a mentor through online classes and by speaking at conferences worldwide so others can experience the same level of fulfillment that photography has brought to her.
