A phone call from a concerned citizen resulted in a large seizure of drugs and cash.

Fort Macleod RCMP was notified of a man passed out in a running car on Feb. 24th, with the investigation leading to the man's arrest.

Police also seized over $30,000 in cash and 738 grams of what they think is fentanyl during the investigation.

Douglas Yellow Horn (25) of Brocket, Alberta is now facing charges including possession of property obtained by crime over $5000, possession for the purpose of trafficking, and operating a motor vehicle without a licence.

Sgt. Bryan Mucha was quoted in a media release:

"This investigation started with a phone call from a concerned citizen of the community, providing information to the police, which led to this seizure."

He was released on a $5000 'Promise to Pay' release order and will be appearing in court on March 16th.
