Local stores have had a run on air conditioners.  Walmart and Canadian Tire in Okotoks and Extra Foods in High River are sold out. Paul Smith with High River Rentals says nearly 30 people have called asking to rent an air conditioner in the past two weeks.  He says the store has tried to order several units, but suppliers are sold out.  He says suppliers will not have any more air conditioners this summer, because they're stocking products for the winter.
