Okotoks goaltender Carter Esler is on the roster for the U16 male squad representing Alberta at the 2023 WHL Cup.

The member of the Okotoks Bow Mark Oilers was named to the team by Hockey Alberta that will compete against those from British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

The tournament is being hosted in Red Deer from Oct. 18 to 22.
