The Okotoks Oilers are primed for the Brooks Bandits this weekend.

They have a home-and-home series lined up with game one in Brooks Friday night.

You can listen to all the play-by-play on the Eagle 100.9 starting with the pre-game show at 6:45.

And then they square off on Saturday night at the Pason. Puck drop is at 7 o'clock.

With the REP no longer in effect for food and beverages tickets are selling well.

Keep your eye on #14 Reiger Lorenz, he was the AJHL Rookie of the Week last week.  

It's the third time he's won this season.

He just set new team records for goals by a rookie at 36 and most points for a rookie at 79.

The Oilers are gearing up for the playoffs with only four regular season games left after this weekend.
