Trick or Treaters may have to bundle up tonight.

Things are expected to cool down into the evening, though it won't exactly be bone-chilling.

Environment & Climate Change Canada meteorologist Danielle Desjardins says you can expect some flurries too.

"It doesn't look like significant accumulations, but it does look like there is going to be some flurry activity on Halloween night, unfortunately."

The temperature is expected to dip to around -3 in the late evening.

It's the start of a ridge of low pressure that's expected to extend until mid-week.

It also includes some more snow, much like what the Foothills experienced just a short week ago.

Between 2-4 cm of snow is expected Tuesday with more coming Wednesday.
