The Town of High River is adjusting to the Province's new rules around COVID.

The Town says face masks are now mandatory in all public buildings and workplaces, which includes all indoor workplaces, retail businesses, places of assembly and facilities, including Town Hall, which remains open.

The Town says services like garbage collection and recycling will continue as usual.

The Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex remains open, but only the walking track, and you need to call and make an appointment to use it and wear a mask while you're walking.

The Town says community programs continue to be offered, but are moving to a virtual platform.

The Greater Foothills Family Centre will continue to provide support services to families either over the phone on online, including information and referrals.

The Family Centre will be offering a variety of virtual programming for families with children 0-to-12 years old and will continue to offer in-person support by appointment only.

Family and Community Support Services will continue to serve clients by appointment only, and reminds clients face masks are required for those in person appointments.
