Drake Landing is getting its own community garden.
It will be the first garden started as part of the Town of Okotoks' Neighbourhood Community Garden program that was launched in 2021.
The intent of the program is to allow passionate residents to design and operate their own gardens with support from the town.
It will be installed this spring at the south end of the soccer field parking lot.
The garden will include twelve 4x8 foot plots and ten 2x8 foot plots.
