The Okotoks Dawgs Academy coaching staff has welcomed a new addition.

Hawaii native Kevin Tanaka joins the squad with 16 years of coaching experience at various levels and positions.

He's coached from little league to American legion, to American high school baseball in both Hawaii and Okotoks.

Tanaka has a five year collegiate baseball career as a utility player at Hawaii Pacific University.
