On Saturday, July 6th was the 10th Annual Natural High Charity Triathlon. Many athletes from the Foothills competed in the three-part competition.

Athletes in the featured Sprint Race jumped into the Crystal Shores Lake for a 500m swim, biked a 20km route around Milligan Drive, and then ran 5km to the finish line.

The triathlon is inclusive for all ages and skill levels. They offer Tri – It Races a for beginner triathletes. The race consists of a 250m swim, 13.1km bike, and a 2.5km run.

Natural High Charity Triathlon supports many local charities. They have raised almost $200,000 to date. Funds have gone towards KidSport, an organization that is dedicated to providing sports opportunities for kids.

Congratulations to yesterday's Triathlon Racers for finishing strong!
