The Southern California Motorcycling Association's 43rd Annual Three Flags Classic Motorcycle Tour will be celebrating its end in Okotoks this year.

Colleen Sepulveda, volunteer for the Southern California Motorcycling Association, says they will arrive Monday evening, and will be spending the day Tuesday exploring what Okotoks has to offer.

"Most of us will be rolling through on Monday the third, probably the bulk between noon and six or seven p.m.," she said.

She adds that the 300 or so motorcycles are touring editions, so there is no cause for worry regarding the noise the bikes will produce, as it will be minimal.

"It's not going to be like Sturgis, where there are lots of loud bikes. These are like, land schooners, so not noisy bikes. You won't see anything that's uncomfortable, or loud just to be loud," said Sepulveda.

She says the participants plan to spend the day on Tuesday, the fifth, exploring the town of okotoks and its businesses and landmarks.

The tour begins in Mexico, runs through the United States, rolling through Calgary and finishing up in Okotoks.
