The CFR "AAA" Midget bisons got off to a good start in their playoff series against the Calgary Flames edging them 5-4 Wednesday night in game one of their best of five series.
The CFR "AAA" Midget Bisons drew first blood in their Alberta Midget Hockey League South Division semi-final playoff series against the Calgary Midget Flames beating them 5-4 Wednesday, March 1.
Zach Huber led the way for the Bisons in this one as he scored the winner and added a pair of assists for a three point night.
The Bisons will try to move ahead two games to none in the best of five series Thursday, March 2, starting at 7:30 P.M. at the Father David Bauer Arena in Calgary.
