Lot's of Stampede Champions were named over the weekend as the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth wrapped up for another year.

In the Working Cow/Horse Classic, Open Bridle Division, Calgary's Suzon Schaal was the Grand Champion, while Millarville's John Swales was the Reserve Champ.

Nanton rider Mark Parsons was the Limited Champion and Bragg Creek's Kent Williamson was the Limited Reserve Winner.

And in the Open Hackmore Millarville's John Swales was back in the winners circle as Champion.

The Stampede also named their International Livestock Auctioneer Champion as well.

Florida's Marcus Kent is the man with the title today, while Mike Nuss out of New England is the Reserve Champion.

Five of the top 10 callers are from Alberta

Ryan Konynenbelt from Nobelford was third.

Garth Rogers from Rochester, Alberta was seventh.

Ty Rosehill from Olds was eighth.

Kirk Goldsmith from Veteran was ninth.

And the pride of Nanton, Jordie Waters finished 10th.

One local did very well in the Miniature Horse Show Competition which wrapped up Stampede over the weekend.

Cochrane's Charlene gale repeated as Grand Champion, but Strathmore's Sarah Hunter picked up a fistfull of ribbons with a quartet of horses.

She was first in the National Single Pleasure Driving catagory.

Finished second in the National Junior Stallion division.

And was first and second with two horses in the Junior Mare catagory.
