Little Debbie downer: cakes discontinued in Canada

Talk about a Debbie Downer.

Just like Bugles, Little Debbie's cakes are also no longer available in Canada.

Their go-to cream filled desserts stopped shipping at the end of November.

High River visitor Russell Young won't miss them but looks at it from a health perspective.

"I guess I'd be indifferent, but I guess it's a good thing. I mean I wouldn't want my grandkids eating them I guess."

Little Debbie's cakes were known for their Swiss Rolls of chocolate cake rolled in cream filling, Oatmeal Creme Pies and Cosmic Cupcakes amongst others.

They debuted in Canada in 1996 but stopped shipping from the U.S.A. on November 30 of this year.

But all is not lost, you can still order them online.
