The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has completed its investigation of the most recent B-S-E case on April 16th.

The agency examined feed to which the 6 year old B-C dairy cow would have been exposed to early in its life.

While a specific source of infection was not found, investigators determined that vehicles and equipment used to ship and receive a variety of ingredients, likely contaminated the cattle feed with the B-S-E agent.
