A couple of members of the Rocky Mountain Bantam 'AAA' Raiders had had quite the day on the WHL Bantam Draft floor Thursday.

Okotoks native Peyton Krebs was taken 1st overall to the Kootenay Ice.

Krebs tore the roof off of the Bantam ranks this season notching 102 points in 27 regular season games including 46 goals, leading the Raiders to a silver medal at this year's Western Championships in Okotoks.

Krebs' brother Dakota who plays for the Tri City Americans had this small message to his little brother when they cross paths on the ice this 2016-17 season.
