High School Hoops Titles will be handed out tonight.

The Holy Trinity Academy Knights boys  were winners in their Pool "C" game at the 4-A basketball provincial in Lethbridge.

They defeated Grande Prairie 89-53.

The Knights will take on Medicine Hat at 1:30 today, Saturday to decide the 9th and 10th seeds.

The Foothills Falcon girls hit triple digits Friday afternoon at the 4A basketball provincials, also  in Lethbridge.

They beat Grande Prairie 101-51 to advance to play Jasper Place today, Saturday at 11 a.m. in a game that'll decide the 9th and 10th seeds.

The 2A girls provincial basketball championship wraps up tonight, Saturday march 20 in Black Diamond.

Unfortunately the host team, the OIlfields Drillers are no longer in contention for the title.

They lost Thursday night to Immanuel Christian 86-46.

They drop down to take on Assumption Jr/Sr High Saturday morning at 11:30 a.m. to determine 7th and 8th place rankings.

The provincial 2A champ will be crowned at 7:00 p.m. Saturday night at the Oilfields High School gym.
