The Town of Okotoks is wanting to let residents know its environmentally and pocket friendly to start your own seeds indoors this spring.
Jen Stenseth with Open Spaces says its simple and easy.
Stenseth says seed starting kits are fairly inexpensive but you can also use old plant pots, milk cartons and plastic containers if they've been punctured with drainage holes.
