A penalty filled night at the Calgary Stampede's Rangeland Derby, but luckily our local driver's managed to avoid any issues and moved up in the aggregate standings.

Okotoks Mark Sutherland is still the best amongst the locals as he was 12th Monday night and sits 11th overall.

However, High River's Jason Glass, who's trying to erase a five second penalty from Saturday, had the sixth fastest time on the night and jumped five spots to 16th in the aggregate.

Fellow High River Driver Jordie Fike was 17th on the night, but managed to move up a spot to 18th overall.

The wagons now re-draw for the next four nights of racing.

Fike comes off the one barrel Tuesday as he's hooked with Chad Harden, Chanse Vigen and Troy Dorchester in heat number three.

In heat four, Sutherland will come off the three barrel as he's hooked with Rick Fraser, Gary Gorst and "Lightning" Luke Tournier.

Glass goes in heat nine off the two barrel with Mike Vigen on one, Colt Cosgrave on three and Kurt Bensmiller on four.

The top eight wagons after Friday, battle it out in semi-final Saturday, with the top four from there advancing to Sunday's $100,000 "Dash for Cash" final.
