Time for some thoughts from the mind of Logan... Hope it doesn't get too rambly!

Today we are losing one of the best in the building... but before we get to that I'll start out with just a little history/backstory about me... I started at the Eagle in 2014 as a part-time working some hockey games and little "gopher stuff" Logan, go-fer this, go-fer that. The kind of work they give to an 18-year-old kid. I couldn't get a timesheet right, I had no idea where the station keys were and most of all I was TERRIFIED of messing up at the fancy new job I had gotten. Now that weighs heavy on a kid and there were a few people helped me out through all of it. One was Jayme Hall (my boss) he knows what he did and needs no more congratulations haha (you're the best Jayme) and the other was a wonderful woman named Pam MacDonald.

Pam is the smiling face you see when you first come into the building, the admin for the station, the one who handed over all the prizes to the winners and most importantly she was the "other Mother" to us all. Pam has been surrounded by music and goofy personalities for a long time having worked for labels and radio stations for most of her life. I feel quite a bit of jealousy when I listen to stories from her big music days and I'll never forget the morning she brought in her massive photo album. She had us crowded around her desk to see the memories and stories with huge artists from those crazy music days. Please come back with more photos!

The kindness, the smile, the early morning convos about life... You certainly will be missed after today.
During the years that I've been here. I have often taken for granted your fine management of everyday office routines like coffee pods, recycling and the timesheets that we all messed up. Looking back, I realize that you have made my work easier because you anticipated the needs of not only me but everyone at the eagle... No. Everyone across Golden West Radio!
Congratulations on a job well done and a retirement well deserved.

We love you, Pam! We love you!
