The Foothills public school board has adopted a 56-million dollar budget for next year.
Treasurer Drew Chipman says they have received some additional money for class size initiatives in the k-to-3 areas.
That means they'll have to adjust some staff allocations.
He says they won't meet class size initiatives in grades 4-6 or 7-9 but expect they'll be close in grades 10-12.
42-million goes to instructional costs, almost nine million for maintenance and 3.5 million for transportation.
