The Okotoks Dawgs handed the Moose Jaw Miller Express a 7-1 loss in front of a record setting Canada Day crowd at Seaman Stadium Wednesday night.

Brian Sisler led the way for the Dawgs going 4-for-5 at the plate, scoring twice and adding an RBI.

Brenden Hendriks had a good night too, as he went 2-for-5 with three RBI's.

Hendricks says playing in front of 5,021 fans was a "ton of fun."

"The fans were great today. It was just a great atmosphere and our team put on quite the show. We got hits, we got pitching and we were able to get the win again, and it's nice to be able to do that at home."

The Dawgs are back in action Thursday night at home as they welcome the Weyburn Beavers starting at 7:05.
