Foothills RCMP are asking, "who let the cows out?"
On June 19th, Foothills County RCMP received a call of a theft on a rural property.
The suspects had cut through a fence, letting cows out in the process.
They drove around the property and stole two water tanks.
It looks like they also tried to break into a sea can, but were unsuccessful.
