The CFR "AAA" Midget Bisons will have to settle for less than a Provincial and National Championship this season.

They were knocked off in three straight games by Lloydminster in the Provincial Midget "AAA" Hockey Championships over the weekend.

Coach Sandy Henry says the team still has plenty to be proud of.

"I think there's certainly a satisfaction in the group that we won a South Division Championship. You know, you never want to leave anything on the table. You know, we base our success level on what our guys accomplish after they leave us. And that's yet to be seen with this group."

As for Henry, he says his job as Coach was an interim one, and he expects the club to have someone new behind the bench next season.
