The Okotoks Bisons wrapped up the Heritage Junior "B" Hockey League regular season in style with a couple of wins.

They handed Banff a 10-3 loss Friday and then beat Strathmore 8-4 Sunday.

The Wheatland Kings 7-4 loss to Cochrane Saturday night gave the Generals first place in the Heritage League's South Division standings heading into the playoffs, while the Bisons finish in second.

Both clubs get a first round playoff bye to rest and heal up.

The High River Flyers on the other hand head to Coaldale for the best of three first round starting Wednesday against the Copperheads.

They'll play game two back in High River Friday night.

If they need a third and deciding game it'll go Saturday back in Coaldale.

the Banff Academy Bears and Strathmore Wheatland Kings play the other best of three elimination round.

No schedule has been released for that series yet.

The winners move on to play Cochrane and Okotoks in the South Division semi-finals.
