The Town of High River has re-opened the Beechwood, Wallaceville and Mercer land to the public.

They had to wait for the Highwood river levels to drop from the recent high water event last month.

The town is also asking you to be careful around riverbanks due to recent erosion that occurred.

If you do see any hazards you are being asked to report it to the town.
