Members of the United Conservative Party will have a choice of seven candidates to choose from when they pick a new leader.

The UCP has approved seven people to run for the leader's chair.

They are: Leela Aheer, Brian Jean, Todd Loewen, Rajan Sawhney, Rebecca Schulz, Danielle Smith, and Travis Toews.

The party will choose its new leader and the next premier on October 6,2022.
